Extra Long 8.0" inch Wood Musky fishing lure bodies (with through hole)

An excellent Musky / Saltwater lure at 8.0" nose to tail made of Red Cedar Wood.

Through drilled from nose to tail for through wiring.
Perfect lure body for making custom musky, pike and surf lures.
Can be tail weighted for topwater, walk-the-dog action.

Shape:

Beautifully turned at 1.24" inches across, with a slight gradual taper from the head and a narrower tail.

Total length: 8.0" inches (approx) nose to tail.

Max thickness: 1.24" inch approx.

Holes: Through hole from nose to tail.

Light Weight: 2.3 oz approximate


Optional Tail Weight Cavity :
Two cavities towards the tail end for adding ballast weight

Lure Finishing :
Finishing the lure is now simpler with the included through hole
Drill belly hole and weight holes where needed.
Add the required amount of weighting
Dip in a sealer (or choose sealer coat option) and once dried, add some paint, affix eyes and a final clear coat
Install the through wire and required hardware and now you have a great custom bait.

Wood: Made using Red Cedar timber. Highly buoyant and light weight makes it easy to cast long. Easy to drill. Add ballast weight for buoyancy adjustment. Excellent for making custom topwater and weighted sinking baits.
