X Large 7.25" inch wood Musky & Surf Fishing lure blank | with eye sockets & screw eye holes

Precision Turned and hand surfaced, wood fishing lure body
Sanded to a very smooth finish

A Cigar shaped lure at 7.25" is great for the large Musky / Pike and Surf Fishing
Pre-cut Eye Sockets and pre-drilled pilot holes for line tie and hook hangers
Now it easy to assemble and build a great top water lure. Use heavy duty Magnum 0.092" screw eyes

Excellent as a top water walk-the-dog lure or can be a great sub surface / sinking by adding appropriate weights.

Recommended Optional Hardware:
0.092" O.D. Magnum Screw Eyes
Eyes: 7/16" OD (2nd alternative 3/8" OD)
Hooks: 3/0 or 2/0 depending on the target species and may vary slightly
Split Rings: #6 ~ #7

Wood: Made using Red Cedar timber. Highly buoyant and light weight makes it easy to cast far
Easy to drill. Add ballast weight for buoyancy adjustment. Excellent for making custom topwater and weighted sinking baits

Finishing the lure is now simpler with the included screw eye pilot holes and eye sockets
Add the required amount of weighting where needed
Dip in a sealer and once dried, add some paint, affix 3D eyes you like and a final clear coat
Add the split rings/ hooks and now you have a great custom bait.
